Following a period of getting acquainted, of participating in meetings and sharing with the RHSJ, a formation program consisting of the history, the spirituality, charism, and mission of this spiritual family is pursued.

Upon completion of this individualized program, the Associate commits to living one’s baptismal promises in daily life with the spiritual identity of this family.
